Fitness and nutrition have been a part of my life for as long as I can remember, and now, my passion is helping others build confidence, strength, and lasting habits. I’m a Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach (NASM) and a Certified Pre- & Postnatal Coach (GGS), with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science and a minor in Nutrition from the University of Utah.
I offer virtual, one-on-one coaching designed to meet your specific needs. My coaching approach is rooted in evidence-based strategies, personalized programming, accountability, and continuous support.
