Paige has a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology and is a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). She has acquired knowledge of exercise and nutrition through this education. Paige is not a medical health practitioner or mental health provider and does not claim to be in any capacity. She serves as a coach, mentor, and guide who helps you reach your own health and wellness goals.

Paige strongly recommends that you consult with your physician before beginning any exercise program. Paige is not a licensed physician or registered dietitian and represents that she has no expertise in diagnosing, examining, or treating medical conditions of any kind, or in determining the effect of any specific exercise or on a medical condition. 

There is the possibility of physical injury when participating in any exercise or exercise program. If you engage in these exercises or exercise programs, you agree that you do so at your own risk, are voluntarily participating in these activities, assume all risk of injury to yourself, and agree to release and discharge PK Fitness from any and all claims or causes of action, known or unknown arising out of PK Fitness.
